Skoda Laura Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Skoda Laura cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In October the average price per vehicle is ₹ 3.79 lakhs. During November the price went trough a strong deflation till ₹ 3.17 lakhs. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -29 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has had spectacular rise of 18 % with an average price of ₹ 2.97 lakhs during the previous 4 months and ₹ 3.5 lakhs during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Skoda Laura has remained constant in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2007 to 2009, the average price was ₹ 3.02 lakhs. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2007 (₹ 3.58 lakhs) and 2009 (₹ 2.56 lakhs). During the next two years (2010, 2011), the average price went up 14 % moving from !PRECIO1! to ₹ 3.44 lakhs, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 15 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 4.04 lakhs) and the the last two years that were studied (2012, 2013) with a price of ₹ 4.64 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Skoda Laura cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "1,00,000 - 2,00,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 34 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 3.54 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 3.27 lakhs and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "50,000 - 1,00,000". It is 8% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of ₹ 3.42 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Skoda Laura cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 36 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 3.54 lakhs) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₹ 2.41 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 32 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 2.25 lakhs.
