Jeep Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Jeep cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₹ 17.22 lakhs. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₹ 21.22 lakhs. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 23 % from ₹ 19.22 lakhs to ₹ 23.7 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 22 % with an average price of ₹ 21.46 lakhs during the previous 4 months and ₹ 26.18 lakhs during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Jeep has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2016 to 2019, the average price was ₹ 19.84 lakhs. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2016 (₹ 51.17 lakhs) and 2019 (₹ 4 lakhs). During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -20 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -14 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (₹ 13.9 lakhs) and the the last two years analyzed (2022, 2023) with a price of ₹ 11.98 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Jeep cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "50,000 - 1,00,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 100 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 22.12 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 12.29 lakhs and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 0% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" and a price of ₹ 17.19 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Jeep cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 92 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 22.12 lakhs) followed by "Petrol" priced at ₹ 19.21 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 13 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₹ 1.69 lakhs.

They are 115 % more costly than the average price for this model priced at ₹ 47.56 lakhs. Cars with the the highest price have 4 doors and are 175 % more expensive than the average mentioned before.
