Maruti Suzuki Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Maruti Suzuki cars have increased during the last 6 months. In September the price for a car is ₹ 18.15 lakhs increasing till ₹ 19.25 lakhs in October. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 31 % from ₹ 18.7 lakhs to ₹ 24.46 lakhs. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -25 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 21.58 lakhs to ₹ 16.1 lakhs.
The average price for Maruti Suzuki has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2018, the average price is ₹ 3.77 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₹ 1.19 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 10.11 lakhs)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 206 %. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of ₹ 11.93 lakhs in 2021 and ₹ 12.32 lakhs during 2022.
