Mitsubishi Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Mitsubishi cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price for October is ₹ 10.19 lakhs. During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₹ 8.83 lakhs. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -13 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₹ 8.87 lakhs to ₹ 8.62 lakhs during February and March.
The average price for Mitsubishi has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2007 and 2012, the average price is ₹ 6.55 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2007 (₹ 4.06 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 10.02 lakhs)in 2012. During the next two years (2013, 2014) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 38 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 27 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 12.33 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2015, 2016) with a price of ₹ 15.61 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Mitsubishi cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "1,00,000 - 2,00,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 38 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 8.97 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 9.02 lakhs and a mileage range of "50,000 - 1,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 40% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₹ 10.34 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Mitsubishi cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 92 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 8.97 lakhs) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₹ 5.92 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 34 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 75,316.
