BMW 5 Series Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for BMW 5 Series cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price for February is ₹ 55.23 lakhs. During March there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₹ 49.89 lakhs. During the following two months (April, May) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₹ 52.56 lakhs to ₹ 57.92 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 17 % with an average price of ₹ 55.24 lakhs during the previous 4 months and ₹ 64.5 lakhs during the most recent months in June and July.
The average price for BMW 5 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2017, the average price is ₹ 17.06 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₹ 7.55 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 42.33 lakhs)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 204 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 8 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 56.54 lakhs) and the the last two years that were studied (2020, 2021) with a price of ₹ 61.23 lakhs.

They are 83 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 60.94 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 32.54 lakhs and a mileage range of "50,000 - 1,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 16% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at ₹ 50.81 lakhs.

It is 100 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 60.94 lakhs) followed by "LPG" priced at ₹ 1,650. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 3 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 33.97 lakhs.
