Fiat Palio Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Fiat Palio cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in March was of ₹ 17.24 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₹ 17.25 lakhs during April. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -94 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -90 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 9.18 lakhs to ₹ 95,253.5.
The average price for Fiat Palio has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2001 and 2004, the average price is ₹ 2.86 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2001 (₹ 69,667) moving up till (₹ 9.48 lakhs)in 2004. During the next two years (2006, 2007) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 822 %. During the last two years, the car industry has had a strong deflation in its selling prices of -91 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from analysing the prices for the the preceding four years in a previous sample (₹ 13.8 lakhs) and the the last two years (2008, 2009) with a price of ₹ 1.24 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Fiat Palio cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 13 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 1.03 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 95,447 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 1,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 6753% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of ₹ 1.17 lakhs.

It is 23 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 1.03 lakhs) followed by "Hybrid" priced at ₹ 82,500. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 11 % higher than the average market price followed by "Hybrid" which costs ₹ 82,500.
