Honda Accord Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Honda Accord cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In November the average price per vehicle is ₹ 1.36 crores. During December the price went trough a strong deflation till ₹ 1.11 crores. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -17 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -41 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 1.13 crores to ₹ 66.13 lakhs.
The average price for Honda Accord has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2001 to 2010, the average price was ₹ 14.82 lakhs. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2001 (₹ 43.01 lakhs) and 2010 (₹ 4.89 lakhs). During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -60 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -10 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (₹ 5.41 lakhs) and the the last two years analyzed (2013, 2014) with a price of ₹ 4.85 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Honda Accord cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 2,00,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 98 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 51.92 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 4.38 lakhs and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "50,000 - 1,00,000". It is 48% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "less than 10,000" priced at ₹ 14.23 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Honda Accord cars points out to "Hybrid" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 94 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 51.92 lakhs) followed by "Petrol" priced at ₹ 17.48 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 66 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Hybrid" with a price of ₹ 2.9 lakhs.
