Honda CR-V Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Honda CR-V cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In February the price for a car is ₹ 4.23 crores increasing till ₹ 4.53 crores in March. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -46 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -88 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 3.37 crores to ₹ 40.86 lakhs.
The average price for Honda CR-V has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2003 to 2014, the average price was ₹ 36.34 lakhs. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2003 (₹ 68.25 lakhs) and 2014 (₹ 12.25 lakhs). During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 96 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -13 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (₹ 62.76 lakhs) and the the last two years analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of ₹ 54.48 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Honda CR-V cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 73 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 50.31 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 14.07 lakhs and a mileage range of "1,00,000 - 2,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 47% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 1,00,000" and a price of ₹ 22.47 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Honda CR-V cars points out to "Hybrid" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 92 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 50.31 lakhs) followed by "Petrol" priced at ₹ 7.73 lakhs. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 549 % higher than the average market price followed by "Petrol" which costs ₹ 7.73 lakhs.
