This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₹ 9.53 lakhs during October. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 25 % from ₹ 9.33 lakhs to ₹ 11.62 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 19 % with an average price of ₹ 10.47 lakhs during the previous 4 months and ₹ 12.44 lakhs during the most recent months in January and February.
