Honda Jazz Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Honda Jazz cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in September was of ₹ 5.94 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₹ 6.01 lakhs during October. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 15 % from ₹ 5.98 lakhs to ₹ 6.88 lakhs. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₹ 6.43 lakhs to ₹ 6.74 lakhs during January and February.
The average price for Honda Jazz has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2009 and 2016, the average price is ₹ 3.52 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2009 (₹ 2.23 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 4.16 lakhs)in 2016. During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -46 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, the car industry has had a strong deflation in its selling prices of -16 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from analysing the prices for the the preceding four years in a previous sample (₹ 1.65 lakhs) and the the last two years (2019, 2021) with a price of ₹ 1.38 lakhs.
