Hyundai Elantra Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Hyundai Elantra cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In October the average price per vehicle is ₹ 8.29 lakhs. During November the price went trough a strong deflation till ₹ 6.62 lakhs. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -26 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has risen 9 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (₹ 7.1 lakhs) during February and March.
The average price for Hyundai Elantra has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2012 and 2014, the average price is ₹ 5.62 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2012 (₹ 4.42 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 5.71 lakhs)in 2014. During the next two years the average price(₹ 5.45 lakhs) has hardly changed, remaining at a constant value compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 28 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 7.61 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of ₹ 9.77 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Hyundai Elantra cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "1,00,000 - 2,00,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 46 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 6.14 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 4.89 lakhs and a mileage range of "50,000 - 1,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 160% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of ₹ 9.88 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Hyundai Elantra cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 100 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 6.14 lakhs) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₹ 3.64 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 41 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 790.
