Maruti 800 Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Maruti 800 cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In April the average price per vehicle is ₹ 41.73 lakhs. During May the price went trough a strong deflation till ₹ 34.35 lakhs. During the following two months (June, July) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 19 % from ₹ 38.04 lakhs to ₹ 45.08 lakhs. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -60 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 41.56 lakhs to ₹ 16.7 lakhs.
The average price for Maruti 800 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2013, the average price is ₹ 1.83 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₹ 56,668) moving up till (₹ 15.17 lakhs)in 2013. During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -26 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 84 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 8.61 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of ₹ 15.85 lakhs.

They are 96 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 12.47 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 56,395 and a mileage range of "more than 2,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "50,000 - 1,00,000". It is 87% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at ₹ 1.02 lakhs.
