Maruti Suzuki Ritz Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Maruti Suzuki Ritz cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in July was of ₹ 4.63 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₹ 4.6 lakhs during August. The following two months (September, October) the selling price went through a devaluation of -8 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -6 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₹ 4.42 lakhs to ₹ 4.14 lakhs during November and December.
The average price for Maruti Suzuki Ritz has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2009 and 2012, the average price is ₹ 2.69 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2009 (₹ 2.44 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 2.93 lakhs)in 2012. During the next two years (2013, 2014) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 28 %. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of ₹ 3.42 lakhs in 2015 and ₹ 3.41 lakhs during 2016.
