Mercedes Benz C Class Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Mercedes Benz C Class cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in October was of ₹ 22.66 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₹ 22.66 lakhs during November. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -89 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -59 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 12.56 lakhs to ₹ 5.17 lakhs.
The average price for Mercedes Benz C Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2010 and 2016, the average price is ₹ 4.89 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2010 (₹ 3.75 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 5.17 lakhs)in 2016. Cars belonging to the model aforementioned had a price deflation of -9 percent in the next two years (2017, 2018) compared to the previous two years. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 16 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 5.29 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2019, 2020) with a price of ₹ 6.12 lakhs.
