Mercedes Benz E-Class Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mercedes Benz E-Class cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In January the price for a car is ₹ 20.25 lakhs increasing till ₹ 21.86 lakhs in February. During the following two months (March, April) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 90 % from ₹ 21.05 lakhs to ₹ 40.1 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 27 % with an average price of ₹ 30.58 lakhs during the previous 4 months and ₹ 38.85 lakhs during the most recent months in May and June.
The average price for Mercedes Benz E-Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2014, the average price is ₹ 12.9 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₹ 4.5 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 28.94 lakhs)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 205 %. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of ₹ 40.95 lakhs in 2017 and ₹ 42.61 lakhs during 2018.
