Mercedes Benz E-Class Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Mercedes Benz E-Class cars have increased during the last 6 months. In March the price for a car is ₹ 37.84 lakhs increasing till ₹ 42.36 lakhs in April. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₹ 40.1 lakhs to ₹ 38.85 lakhs. The average price has risen 10 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (₹ 43.43 lakhs) during July and August.
The average price for Mercedes Benz E-Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2014, the average price is ₹ 12.11 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₹ 4.37 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 28.69 lakhs)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 219 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 47.88 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of ₹ 57.19 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Mercedes Benz E-Class cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "1,00,000 - 2,00,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 83 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 42.32 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 21.6 lakhs and a mileage range of "50,000 - 1,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 13% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₹ 30.51 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Mercedes Benz E-Class cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 51 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 42.32 lakhs) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₹ 37.23 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 12 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 20.6 lakhs.
