The retail prices for Mercedes Benz E-Class cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₹ 29.42 lakhs. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₹ 49.17 lakhs. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₹ 39.3 lakhs to ₹ 44.36 lakhs. In the last two, the price has gone through a -6 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₹ 41.83 lakhs to ₹ 39.2 lakhs during February and March.

The average price for Mercedes Benz E-Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2007 and 2014, the average price is ₹ 12.48 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2007 (₹ 5.86 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 21.09 lakhs)in 2014.
