Skoda Rapid Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Skoda Rapid cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In March the price for a car is ₹ 6.74 lakhs increasing till ₹ 7.74 lakhs in April. During the following two months (May, June) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 20 % from ₹ 7.24 lakhs to ₹ 8.66 lakhs. In the last two, the price has gone through a -7 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₹ 7.95 lakhs to ₹ 7.38 lakhs during July and August.
The average price for Skoda Rapid has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2011 and 2017, the average price is ₹ 4.19 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2011 (₹ 3.52 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 5.89 lakhs)in 2017. During the next two years the average price(₹ 4.36 lakhs) has hardly changed, remaining at a constant value compared to the previous period. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of ₹ 4.52 lakhs in 2020 and ₹ 4.67 lakhs during 2021.
