TATA Indica V2 Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for TATA Indica V2 cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price for January is ₹ 2.6 lakhs. During February there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₹ 2.39 lakhs. During the following two months (March, April) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 21 % from ₹ 2.49 lakhs to ₹ 3.02 lakhs. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₹ 2.76 lakhs to ₹ 2.79 lakhs during May and June.
The average price for TATA Indica V2 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2000 and 2013, the average price is ₹ 82,554.21. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2000 (₹ 46,833) moving up till (₹ 1.41 lakhs)in 2013. During the next two years (2014, 2015) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 113 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 1.97 lakhs) and the the last two years that were studied (2016, 2017) with a price of ₹ 2.19 lakhs.
