Toyota Fortuner Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Toyota Fortuner cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in August was of ₹ 31.51 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₹ 30.79 lakhs during September. During the following two months (October, November) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₹ 31.15 lakhs to ₹ 33.14 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 16 % with an average price of ₹ 32.15 lakhs during the previous 4 months and ₹ 37.43 lakhs during the most recent months in December and January.
The average price for Toyota Fortuner has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2009 and 2020, the average price is ₹ 11.31 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2009 (₹ 10.56 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 13.32 lakhs)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 67 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 5 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 19.89 lakhs) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of ₹ 20.94 lakhs.
