During the following two months (June, July) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₹ 9.03 lakhs to ₹ 10.19 lakhs. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -47 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 9.61 lakhs to ₹ 5.12 lakhs.
