Volkswagen Vento Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Volkswagen Vento cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in July the average price was ₹ 4.94 crores. August went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₹ 5.92 crores. During the following two months (September, October) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 16 % from ₹ 5.43 crores to ₹ 6.32 crores. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₹ 5.87 crores to ₹ 5.65 crores during November and December.
The average price for Volkswagen Vento has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2010 and 2015, the average price is ₹ 85.43 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2010 (₹ 58.32 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 96.53 lakhs)in 2015. During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -22 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 6 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 70.91 lakhs) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of ₹ 74.92 lakhs.

They are 98 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 5.36 crores). Next with a price of ₹ 56.84 lakhs and a mileage range of "10,000 - 25,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "50,000 - 1,00,000". It is 21% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "more than 2,00,000" priced at ₹ 1.89 crores.

It is 77 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 5.36 crores) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₹ 4.96 crores. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 8 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 1.25 crores.
