Hyundai Accent Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Hyundai Accent cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in May the average price was ₹ 2.64 crores. June went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₹ 3.48 crores. During the following two months (July, August) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 43 % from ₹ 3.06 crores to ₹ 4.38 crores. The average price has had spectacular rise of 32 % with an average price of ₹ 3.72 crores during the previous 4 months and ₹ 4.89 crores during the most recent months in September and October.
The average price for Hyundai Accent has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is ₹ 19.2 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₹ 66,875) moving up till (₹ 94.21 lakhs)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 781 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -8 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (₹ 1.56 crores) and the the last two years analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of ₹ 1.43 crores.
