BMW 7 Series Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW 7 Series cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for September is ₹ 57.81 lakhs. During October there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₹ 53.44 lakhs. The following two months (November, December) the selling price went through a devaluation of -5 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₹ 54.19 lakhs to ₹ 53.73 lakhs during January and February.
The average price for BMW 7 Series has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2006 to 2015, the average price was ₹ 55.9 lakhs. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2006 (₹ 2.45 crores) and 2015 (₹ 42.45 lakhs). During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 17 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 23 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 85.06 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of ₹ 1.05 crores.
The graph that displays the price for BMW 7 Series cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "1,00,000 - 2,00,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 76 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 60.27 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 20.11 lakhs and a mileage range of "50,000 - 1,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 27% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" and a price of ₹ 73.73 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW 7 Series cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 63 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 60.27 lakhs) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₹ 47.36 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 21 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 22.55 lakhs.
