BMW 7 Series Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW 7 Series cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price for October is ₹ 44.32 lakhs. During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₹ 38.94 lakhs. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -27 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -16 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 36.06 lakhs to ₹ 30.19 lakhs.
The average price for BMW 7 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2009 to 2013, the average price was ₹ 21.27 lakhs. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2009 (₹ 26 lakhs) and 2013 (₹ 21.5 lakhs). During the next two years (2014, 2015) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 99 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 28 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 58.37 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2016, 2018) with a price of ₹ 74.45 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for BMW 7 Series cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "50,000 - 1,00,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 50 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 34.91 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 40.6 lakhs and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 97% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of ₹ 55.99 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW 7 Series cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 88 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 34.91 lakhs) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₹ 11.53 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 67 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 4.36 lakhs.
