BMW X1 Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW X1 cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₹ 17.36 lakhs. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₹ 29.17 lakhs. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 24 % from ₹ 23.27 lakhs to ₹ 28.76 lakhs. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₹ 26.02 lakhs to ₹ 26.72 lakhs during February and March.
The average price for BMW X1 has had a strong rise in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2011 to 2017, the average price was ₹ 11.3 lakhs. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2011 (₹ 8.14 lakhs) and 2017 (₹ 3.22 lakhs). During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 77 %. During the last two years, the car industry has had a strong deflation in its selling prices of -73 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from analysing the prices for the the preceding four years in a previous sample (₹ 11.55 lakhs) and the the last two years (2020, 2022) with a price of ₹ 3.12 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for BMW X1 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 77 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 21.43 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 6.77 lakhs and a mileage range of "1,00,000 - 2,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 18% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" and a price of ₹ 22.22 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW X1 cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 90 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 21.43 lakhs) followed by "Petrol" priced at ₹ 14.57 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 32 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₹ 2.07 lakhs.
