Mahindra Scorpio Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mahindra Scorpio cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₹ 7.28 lakhs. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₹ 10.43 lakhs. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 17 % from ₹ 8.85 lakhs to ₹ 10.36 lakhs. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₹ 9.61 lakhs to ₹ 9.94 lakhs during February and March.
The average price for Mahindra Scorpio has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2004 and 2018, the average price is ₹ 5.02 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2004 (₹ 2.18 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 7.25 lakhs)in 2018. During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -20 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 37 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 6.35 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2022, 2023) with a price of ₹ 8.72 lakhs.

They are 64 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 8.71 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 3.47 lakhs and a mileage range of "1,00,000 - 2,00,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 8% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₹ 6.29 lakhs.

It is 100 % less expensive than the average market price (₹ 8.71 lakhs) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₹ 1.7 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 80 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of ₹ 1,961.
