Mahindra Verito Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mahindra Verito cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in July the average price was ₹ 39.49 lakhs. August went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₹ 83.05 lakhs. During the following two months (September, October) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 63 % from ₹ 61.27 lakhs to ₹ 99.7 lakhs. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -20 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₹ 80.49 lakhs to ₹ 64.52 lakhs.
The average price for Mahindra Verito has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2010 and 2012, the average price is ₹ 15.09 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2010 (₹ 4.58 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 23.6 lakhs)in 2012. During the next two years (2013, 2014) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 164 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 23 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 51.91 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2015, 2016) with a price of ₹ 64.02 lakhs.
