Mahindra Verito Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mahindra Verito cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in March was of ₹ 27.8 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₹ 27.91 lakhs during April. During the following two months (May, June) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 428 % from ₹ 27.86 lakhs to ₹ 1.47 crores. The average price has had spectacular rise of 22 % with an average price of ₹ 87.48 lakhs during the previous 4 months and ₹ 1.06 crores during the most recent months in July and August.
The average price for Mahindra Verito has remained constant in recent years. Between 2011 and 2014, the average price is ₹ 1.08 crores. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2011 (₹ 1.09 crores) moving up till (₹ 1.35 crores)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 50 %. During the last two years, the car industry has had a strong deflation in its selling prices of -39 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from analysing the prices for the the preceding four years in a previous sample (₹ 1.17 crores) and the the last two years (2017, 2018) with a price of ₹ 71.02 lakhs.
