Maruti Eeco Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Maruti Eeco cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is ₹ 402 increasing till ₹ 440 in November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₹ 421 to ₹ 447. The average price has had spectacular rise of 35757 % with an average price of ₹ 434 during the previous 4 months and ₹ 1.56 lakhs during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Maruti Eeco has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2011 and 2016, the average price is ₹ 1.19 crores. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2011 (₹ 2.78 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 3.53 crores)in 2016. During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -99 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 18 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₹ 1.15 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2021, 2022) with a price of ₹ 1.36 lakhs.
