Volkswagen Polo Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Volkswagen Polo cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₹ 6.14 lakhs. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₹ 7.64 lakhs. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₹ 6.89 lakhs to ₹ 6.93 lakhs. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₹ 6.91 lakhs to ₹ 6.92 lakhs during February and March.
The average price for Volkswagen Polo has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2010 and 2017, the average price is ₹ 3.91 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2010 (₹ 2.59 lakhs) moving up till (₹ 5.99 lakhs)in 2017. During the next two years the average price(₹ 3.94 lakhs) has hardly changed, remaining at a constant value compared to the previous period. During the last two years, the car industry has had a strong deflation in its selling prices of -100 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from analysing the prices for the the preceding four years in a previous sample (₹ 1.97 lakhs) and the the last two years (2020, 2021) with a price of ₹ 764.5.

They are 58 % more affordable than the average price (₹ 6.46 lakhs). Next with a price of ₹ 4.62 lakhs and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "25,000 - 50,000". It is 20% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₹ 5.12 lakhs.
